      Your inputs are indeed valuable and encouraging. But the very
      thought of running telemarketing campaigns is not normally within the affordable reach of small business owners . Also there are issues of getting sources of database . do you feel there are any alternate ways of reaching out to people . Also telemarketing is effective or sms or email marketing. which one you think will make more impact . I know telemarketing and call centres are big thing in usa, india, philipines etc but what is the level of penetration in Malaysia. If you have some data or any links or forums please help to post so that we all can benefit. Also are there any methods of doing telemarketing rather than traditional way of employing telemarketers becuase it involves fixed commitment of salary , epf , socso etc. which may not be very much encouraging at initial stages itself.
      Appreciate if you can throw more light on concerns and how telemarketing can be good tool when compared to other marketing
